Z-axis skateboard

Tailstock

• Tailstock Body use double clamping cylinder to fix in Slideway to keep it's rigidity. Option accessory for Programable Tailstock with MT 4 Center, Quill Diamenter 110mm with travel 110mm.

CNC operation panel

• Operation panel can rotate 90 degrees, and the large storage shelf below can hold measuring tools, carbide inserts, and more. The stainless steel control panel is oil-resistant, durable, and can accommodate controllers from multiple brands.
• The machine operation control box can be independently moved left and right, providing convenience for the operator.
• Precision dual linear rails are used for left and right movement, ensuring high ergonomics.

Spindle

• The spindle body is ground inside the hole using a vertical grinding machine, improving spindle concentricity and assembly tolerance, making it suitable for high-precision, heavy-duty cutting.

Multi-function coolant tank

• Multiful Functions Coolant Tank can be mounted 2 set Pump (Tool turret center coolant and coolant above the spindle) and Oil Skimmer.
• The design separates the chip collector from the water tank, allowing one person to easily pull it out from the front for convenient cleaning, maintenance, and installation, while saving space.
